VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENTS

The job of a VOICE Missions teacher is an important responsibility, so we need volunteers who are well-equipped in teaching and ministry. With this in mind, we have some required training, as well as prerequisites that every VOICE Missions volunteer must complete.

ALL APPLICANTS MUST:


  • be 18 or older
  • be mature responsible adults
  • be a mission-minded follower of Jesus Christ
  • pass a background check

    Because VOICE Missions volunteers work closely with children on a daily basis, we require that all of our volunteers pass an extensive background check. This background check is conducted by Protect My Ministry, a Christian organization that specializes in screening people for church and mission work.
